A Simple Contact Form
Sometimes you just need a simple contact form and form processor. The name, email, and message fields are required. Unzip and open the contact.php file in a plain text editor, and edit the three variables at the top. Upload the file and you're all set. The coding was deliberately kept simple so you can edit to suit your site design.
