GMB WebWorks' Design Portfolio

These are a few of the websites we have done recently:

The Common Horseman
The Common Horseman needed a website to promote his Carriage Rides business. A custom shopping cart interface was designed to showcase his products and provide an intuitive shopping experience for his clients. The shopping cart and photo gallery are database-driven, and the client is able to update these pages through his secure administrative area.

The Power to Stop
Our client wanted to update the look of her "The Power to Stop" website, and wanted it to be rebuilt using WordPress as a base. We created a custom theme for the site, and wrote "plugins" to interface with another database to generate the store and boot camp schedule. Functions for 6 custom menus were included to organize the right-column menu to the clients' specifications.

Girls' Night Out
This site introduces "Girls' Night Out", a unique musical duet featuring the talents of two experienced women musicians. The client wanted to be able to make most site updates easily, and on her own. Giving her this functionality required considerable custom script work, both in the administrative area of the site and on the public pages. The calendar, photo gallery, repertoire listing (including sound clips), and links pages are all database-driven, and the client is able to update these pages through her secure administrative area.

Stopping Nation Blog
Our first WordPress website, designed for Karen Bentley, the Stopping Nation Blog website has many custom features. Plugins for her links directory, advertisement manager, storefront, and stopping oracle were created from scratch specifically for this site. Additional features were created/incorporated to obfuscate her email address and interface with her Twitter and Facebook accounts.

Boss E-tunes
Evie Boss needed a multi-functional website to introduce her educational programs, sell her music CD's, and provide free resources for teachers. Custom scripting displays upcoming events and new products on the home page. A custom mail order form makes it easy for visitors to order products. A password protected admin area allows Evie to easily keep various parts of the site updated.

Karen Bentley
Karen Bentley wanted a very specific color scheme and "look" for her site to promote her products. Special features include a database-driven seminar schedule display page, PayPal Website Payments Pro integration, a custom PHP/MySQL email newsletter program, and a database-driven custom administrative area enabling the site owner to make site updates, manage her affiliate program, and a multitude of other tasks.
